The most recognisable faces of the international parcel company Venipak on the outside are the couriers, who can be found on the streets of big cities or in the remotest corners of Lithuania, as well as at the doors of their homes. This time, however, the company presented an employer campaign, with office workers playing a key role in building the brand from the inside out.
The aim of the campaign is to show, through the portraits of different employees (positions), that Venipak is a stable, innovative and successfully growing business, an international company that can offer a wide range of development and career opportunities for specialists in different fields. Miss All the Answers, Progress Maker, Challenge Manager, Good Decision Expert, People Motivator – these are the unusual and witty faces of the campaign. They were current Venipak employees who agreed to share their career stories and experiences in the company. It has also increased the engagement and motivation of existing employees and promoted pride in the employer. The campaign also strengthened the company’s expertise on the employer theme, focusing on internationalisation.
