The most recognizable public faces of the international parcel delivery company Venipak are its couriers—seen on city streets, in remote Lithuanian towns, and right at customers’ doorsteps.
But this time, the spotlight shifted inward, as Venipak launched an employer branding campaign that focused on the people behind the scenes: the office team shaping the brand from within.

The goal of the campaign was to present Venipak as a stable, innovative, and fast-growing international business that offers diverse career and growth opportunities for professionals across various fields.

Through a series of playful and unconventional employee portraits—such as The Answer Master, The Progress Creator, The Challenge Tamer, The Solutions Expert, and The People Motivator—the campaign introduced real Venipak employees who were eager to share their personal career stories and experiences within the company.

This approach not only enhanced internal engagement and boosted team motivation, but also fostered a greater sense of pride in the employer. At the same time, the campaign strengthened Venipak’s positioning as an expert employer, with a clear emphasis on its international scope and ambition.
