Together with the STT, we implemented an employer branding campaign aimed at shaping a stronger, more appealing image of STT as a workplace. The client sought to create a compelling video advertisement that would attract potential candidates to apply more actively for open positions at STT and foster positive brand associations with the organization.
Building on the widespread public perception of STT as a somewhat mystified institution, the campaign was designed to deliver a clear and empowering message: any civic-minded individual has the opportunity to join STT and use their talents to contribute to the greater good of Lithuania.
The idea was brought to life through a professional actress, who delivered the core message with conviction—a powerful narration about STT’s mission and values, urging viewers to act now and channel their skills in service of the nation.
